City of Faith Electronic Monitoring participants will receive an invoice from our accounting department whenever a payment is due. During registration, each participant provides an email address for billing and selects their preferred invoicing cycle (weekly, biweekly, monthly). All payments must be made in advance of the monitoring period.
Yes, all participants must sign an agreement with City of Faith. This agreement requires them to keep the Electronic Monitoring equipment on or with them at all times, make timely payments, and return all equipment in proper working condition.
City of Faith only requires an email from the Court Clerk or Probation Officer notifying us that the participant no longer needs Electronic Monitoring equipment. We may request that the participant leave the equipment at your office until a team member can retrieve it.
All participants are offered the option to purchase insurance for their devices. If a participant chooses not to purchase insurance, they will be responsible for covering the replacement cost of the equipment. Each device has a specific price, which is communicated to the participant during registration.
All missed check ins or accountability matters are submitted to the authority jurisdiction (the sentencing court, prosecuting attorney, etc.). It is up to that authority on what they decide to do.
A payments are due on Thursday. All participants will receive an email invoice from City of Faith. All payments are late by the following Monday.
Failure to make timely payments will result in termination from the COF Electronic Monitoring program.
You are only permitted to do the things specific in your custodial agreement. Example: if your custodial agreement has no mention of going to work, church, or the grocery store, you will not be able to do those things.
